At the General Assembly on April 23, 2026, SOGI officially launched its new website. sogi.ch has a fresh new look—and a clear focus on networking and up-to-date content.
From Information Sheet to News Hub
The new sogi.ch is more than just a visual relaunch. Going forward, it will serve as the digital heart of SOGI’s communications: Content is created directly on the website and shared with the community via LinkedIn and the newsletter. This shift—from a PDF newsletter sent exclusively to members to an open digital platform for the entire geoinformation community—reflects SOGI’s new communication strategy.
Making the Network Visible
SOGI is the geoinformation network in Switzerland—and that should be evident on the website. The newly created member directory gives companies and organizations the opportunity to present themselves with their own profile. A network visualization shows who is active in which specialist groups and makes the connections within the community visible.
Multilingual and openly accessible
The website is available in German, French, and English.
