SOGI Specialist Groups

The SOGI specialist groups serve as a forum for in-depth discussion of specific topics within the geoinformation industry. They facilitate professional exchange and the development of concrete outcomes within the association.
We distinguish between two structures:

Permanent Specialist Groups

These focus on long-standing areas of focus.
Their leaders are directly represented on the SOGI Executive Board to ensure close alignment with the association’s strategy.

Agile Groups

They are formed on an ad hoc basis to address current issues within a specific timeframe.
